By accessing our application, OutreachIB, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use OutreachIB to:

• Send spam, unsolicited emails, or violate any applicable anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM or GDPR).
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, networks, or other users' accounts.
• Send emails containing illegal, abusive, or harassing content.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

4. Account Connections (Google APIs)

When you connect your email accounts (e.g., via Google OAuth) to OutreachIB, you grant us permission to send emails on your behalf based strictly on the campaigns you configure. You are solely responsible for the content of the emails sent through our infrastructure.

The materials on OutreachIB's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. OutreachIB makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
