We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way.
Data Access and Usage: OutreachIB requests access to your Google account using only the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send scope. This access is used strictly and solely to send authorized email campaigns on your behalf from our platform. We do not access, read, store, or share your personal emails or any other personal data from your Google account.
AI and Machine Learning Restrictions: OutreachIB strictly adheres to Google's Limited Use requirements. We do not use, transfer, or sell any Google Workspace user data (including raw, anonymized, aggregated, or derived data) to third-party AI services to create, train, or improve foundational or generalized machine learning and artificial intelligence models.
Limited Use Compliance Statement: OutreachIB's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We retain Google user data only for as long as it is necessary to provide the OutreachIB service. You can request the complete deletion of your data or revoke our access to your Google account at any time. When you disconnect your account from our dashboard or request account deletion, we immediately and permanently delete all associated Google authentication tokens, cached emails, and campaign data from our active databases. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account security settings.
